We (Niko and Tintin) met working in a legendary East London dumpling shop in 2019 and bonded over thousands of rolled dumplings. Since then, we’ve cooked together all over London, the UK and Europe, with endless eating and some quite random side quests along the way. In 2025, we combined forces to start Off The Trolley Catering.

Niko is former head baker at Violets cake shop, and his passions are seasonal European produce, agriculture and design-led visual language. Tintin is the owner of food project Swilipino, and loves digging into food history, heritage and East and Southeast Asian cooking.

Off The Trolley is our expression of how we’d like to experience hospitality: generous, produce-led food with a global twist for weddings, private dinners, launches and events. We’ll work with your vision to create something beautiful, fun and unexpected.
